“WHAT ARE THE GRADS DOING?”:  This year we will be blessing our graduating students on August 12th as they move into the post high school phase of their life.  This will include those headed off to college or staying home.  If you have a son or daughter graduating this spring from high school, college, or grad school, please inform the church office regarding their plans for the future.  And if you have any questions, please contact the church office at 363-8251 or

CROSS-GENERATIONAL BOOK CLUB:  What would the trees in your neighborhood say about you?  “Red is an oak tree who is many rings old.  Red is the neighborhood “wishtree”–people write their wishes on pieces of cloth and tie them to Red’s branches.  You might say Red has seen it all.  Until a new family moves in.  Not everyone is welcoming and Red’s experience as a wishtree is more important than ever.”  This summer the new MTO Cross-Generational Book Club will be reading Wishtree by Katherine Applegate.  Friends of all ages are invited to join us in sharing a thought-provoking book about diversity, inclusion, acceptance, kindness and the true nature of friendship.  Sign up in the hallway if you’d like to participate.  We will meet to discuss the book on August 9th.  For more info, talk with Kate Graczyk or Cindy Dobberke.

OUR HEALTH & WELLNESS TEAM… has a monthly service project of encouraging donations to the Kitchen Kupboard.  We ask you to bring your donation on ANY June Sunday – Picnic Items (catsup, mustard, relish, etc.) and Paper Plates & deposit them in the entryway.  THANK YOU!!!

LECTIO DIVINA:  Every 2nd and 4th Monday from 11 a.m. – 12 noon.  Come pray together using the method of Lectio Divina.  If you are interested but not able to come during these times, please contact Betty Hinkelman.
