MAXWELL STREET DAYS PARKING at the Miller Pharmacy lot (801 N. Rochester, Mukwonago) -- Cost is $3.  Please support the High School Youth Gathering participants by parking at the Miller Pharmacy lot when you visit Maxwell Street Days at Field Park.  This year’s dates are:  July 15-16; August 19-20; and September 9-10. The mission trip participants are so thankful to Miller Pharmacy) for their support of the High School trips as they allow us to watch the lot during Maxwell Street weekends.

SPECIAL CONGREGATIONAL MEETING REGARDING CARPETING -- Sunday, July 16th, 10:30 a.m., in the Fellowship Hall:  The Mount Olive Council invites you to attend and hear the details of recommendations from the Property and Finance Teams regarding the carpeting of the building. As the proposal exceeds the $10,000 expenditure limit on non-budgeted items, approval from the congregation is required before we can move forward with this project.  We also hope to hear updates from our other ministry teams and task forces.  Please plan to attend.

THE THIRD SPACE:  COMMUNITY SALAD SUPPER -- JULY 19th – 5:30 p.m.:  Back by popular demand and in order to welcome others in the Mukwonago community to a time of food, fellowship, and time to share faith, Mount Olive will host soup/salad suppers year round, on the third Wednesday of each month, barring date conflicts.  Put it on your calendar and be sure to join in.  As always, salad, bread, and beverage donations are welcome, as well as set up and clean up help.  Please sign up on the board across from Pastor’s office.

AN OLD FRIEND RETURNS:  The Mount Olive Hunger Jar...and you are invited to fight hunger with your pocket change!  Each week, place your pennies, nickels, dimes, quarters, and even folding money into the jar located near the altar.  The funds will be donated to ELCA World Hunger, which provides support for those who are hungry both in the US and abroad, and works for sustainable solutions that get at the root causes of hunger and poverty.  Thank you for your support!

BLESSING OF THE GRADUATES:  This year we will be blessing our graduating students on Sunday, August 13th, as they move into the post high school phase of their life.  This will include those headed off to college or staying home.  If you have a son or daughter graduating this spring from high school, college, or grad school, please inform the church office regarding their plans for the future.  And if you have any questions, please contact the church office at 363-8251 or This email address is being protected from spambots. OUR HEALTH & WELLNESS TEAM has a monthly service project of encouraging donations to the Kitchen Kupboard.  We ask you to bring your donation on ANY July Sunday – Canned Fruit and Canned Pasta & deposit them in the entryway.  THANK YOU!!!
